1. Adults only
HotIndex contains sexually explicit material. You may use this site only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and if viewing such material is legal where you are. By entering you confirm that both conditions are true.
2. What HotIndex is
HotIndex is an index. We do not host, upload, store or transmit any video file. Every video shown is embedded from a third-party website through that website's official embed program, API or affiliate feed, and remains under the control and responsibility of the original site. Thumbnails are loaded directly from the original site.
3. Prohibited content
We have zero tolerance for content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or any illegal material. Our indexer automatically rejects videos whose metadata contains prohibited terms, and any user can report a video at /report. Reports about minors or non-consensual content cause immediate removal pending review.
4. Accounts and Premium
Accounts are personal. Premium is a monthly subscription (or a 30-day pass when paid in crypto) that removes ads and unlocks favorites, playlists and advanced filters. Payments are processed by third-party adult-authorized processors; we never see your full card number. You may cancel at any time through the processor; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the processor's policy and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site, circumvent age verification or ads by technical means, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". Embedded content availability depends on the original sites. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party content.
